We are committed to providing a safe, valuable, and supportive experience for every woman who engages with The Liberated Woman. Due to the nature of our services and the sensitive content involved, we do not offer refunds. However, we offer flexibility when needed.

Program Enrolment

All fees paid for the 12-week group healing programme are non-refundable. This includes both full and partial payments.

We understand that life after abuse can be unpredictable. If you’re unable to complete your programme due to emotional, logistical, or safety-related reasons, you may request to defer your place to the next available cohort at no additional cost.

To request deferment, please email safesupport@theliberatedwoman.org as early as possible before your final session.

Subscription Services

Any monthly or ongoing support subscriptions (such as access to additional resources or community support) are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time via Stripe or by contacting us.

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Exceptions

No financial exceptions will be made unless required by UAE consumer protection law. We are a small, mission-led organisation and appreciate your understanding as we prioritise direct support to women.
