At The Liberated Woman, we believe every woman has the right to feel safe, seen, and supported, without judgment, without pressure.
We work with women who have experienced domestic abuse, whether recently or in the distant past, and are now ready to make sense of their experiences, reconnect with who they are, and begin moving toward a more peaceful, empowered future.
Here, healing doesn’t come with pressure. You won’t be told to “move on” or “be strong.” We hold space for the messy, the confusing, the painful—and help you make sense of it all in your own time, in your own way.
We know what it feels like to walk on eggshells. To question your own reality. To feel like the old you has disappeared. And we’re here to remind you: you’re not broken. You’re not overreacting. And you are not alone.
What We Do
Through a 12-week group program, The Liberated Woman offers space, structure, and support to help you:
This is not therapy. It’s not a lecture. It’s a gentle, guided journey with women who’ve been where you are—and want to see you rise.
Our Philosophy
We don’t believe in shame. We don’t rush your process. And we don’t expect you to fix everything at once. Our role is to walk beside you, offering clarity where there’s confusion, support where there’s silence, and empowerment where there’s been control.
We meet you exactly where you are.
Meet the team

Sponsorship
Some women can’t access our programme because they’re still financially controlled—or starting over with nothing. By becoming a sponsor, you’re giving someone the chance to rebuild her life with dignity, knowledge, and real support.
This isn’t a donation. It’s a quiet revolution – one woman at a time.
Hear from the women who’ve walked this path. Through shared understanding, gentle guidance, and a space that felt truly safe, they found clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of self. These are their words, shared with honesty and strength.
