A Gentle Space to Understand, Heal, and Rebuild

Program Start Date

7th November 2025

What the Programme Offers

This is a 12-week group programme designed for women who’ve experienced domestic abuse whether recently or years ago, and are ready to begin healing in a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

We combine lived experience with expert support to help you understand abuse, reconnect with yourself, and take real steps toward the life you want.

Each woman’s experience is unique.
So is her recovery.
This space honours both.

Explore the hidden patterns and emotional impact of abuse, with space to process, reflect, and connect in a safe, supported setting.

5 x Live Expert Q&A Sessions

The questions

No. You’re never required to speak unless you feel ready.
Many women join our programme feeling exactly the same way—unsure, scared to open up, or afraid their story isn’t “bad enough.”

You are welcome exactly as you are.
You can listen, reflect, and participate at your own pace. Most women find that, over time, the group feels like a safe space to be heard and supported—but we’ll never rush you.

We understand how easily past experiences can resurface.
We use grounding techniques and trauma-aware facilitation to make sure sessions feel safe and calm. If something becomes overwhelming, you’re always free to take a break, turn off your camera, or do whatever helps you feel secure.

Your safety—emotionally and physically—comes first, always.

That’s okay. Life happens.
While we encourage attending all sessions to get the full experience, we understand that things come up. Just let us know in advance if you need to miss a session. To protect everyone’s privacy, we do not record sessions.

Yes. You’ll be invited to a private, women-only Facebook group after the programme begins. It’s a safe space for continued support and encouragement from women in your cohort.

Please be cautious if you are still in contact with an abuser:

  • Use a secure phone or browser when joining the group
  • Change your app settings to hide notifications
  • Consider safer messaging options like Signal

We’ll share more tips during onboarding to help keep you safe.

Yes. If you’re even wondering whether this is the right space, it probably is.
Abuse can take many forms—emotional, financial, psychological, sexual, and physical. Sometimes, it’s so subtle or so normalised, we don’t even realise it’s happening.

This programme is about clarity and healing, not labels or judgement.
You do not need to prove anything to be here.

Yes—but your safety comes first.
If you’re still living with or in contact with an abuser, please let us know during the application process so we can guide you in the safest way possible.

We’ll work with you to make sure all communication is secure and private, and that joining the programme doesn’t put you at risk.

You may be eligible for a sponsored place.
We reserve a limited number of fully sponsored spots for women facing financial hardship or financial control.

There is no shame in asking for support. That’s why we’re here.

Prefer One-on-One Support?

We understand that group sessions aren’t right for everyone.
If you feel more comfortable speaking privately, you can work directly with our founder, Saria Moran, in a one-to-one coaching format.

Saria is a Certified Life, Divorce, and Domestic Abuse Recovery Coach with deep experience supporting women through emotional recovery, boundary setting, and life after abuse.

Private coaching may be a better fit if you:

♥ Are currently in a high-risk or highly sensitive situation

♥ Prefer not to share in a group setting

♥ Need personalised guidance and support tailored to your specific journey

♥ Are seeking deeper individual clarity before or after the group programme

You’re not alone—and you still deserve full support.
